Just in from Hunter Bell's second fall drop, the Finch Top in Thistle & Vine Blue is a relaxed cotton blouse in a navy block print with cream floral motifs. A rounded collar, button front and long full sleeves with cuffs are trimmed throughout in scalloped ivory lace, with gathering at the yoke for volume.
