Shipping

Everything ships from our shop at 108 West Lebanon Avenue in Elon, North Carolina.

When your order goes out

We make a best effort to pack and ship your order the same day we receive it. Orders that come in later in the day or over a weekend are packed right away, but the boxes are often picked up by the carrier the following business day.

United States

Standard shipping is $8 on orders under $100, and free on orders of $100 or more. Delivery typically takes 1 to 4 business days once the package leaves us, depending on where you are.

International

We currently ship to 27 countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Arab Emirates and the United Kingdom.

Standard international shipping is $8 on orders under $100, and free on orders of $100 or more. Transit typically takes 3 to 9 business days, depending on the country and how quickly your order clears customs.

Duties and import taxes

Duties and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout, so the price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Nothing further is owed to the carrier or to customs when your order is delivered — no surprise fees at the door.

These duties and taxes are paid on to the customs authority in your country. They are not refundable if you return your order.

Local pickup

Pickup at the shop is free. Choose Pickup in store at checkout and we will email you as soon as your order is ready. We are at 108 West Lebanon Avenue, Elon, NC 27244.

Tracking

You will get an order confirmation by email right away, and a tracking number as soon as the shipping label is created.

Delays, lost and damaged packages

Once a package is with the carrier, transit times are outside our control, but we will help you chase anything that goes missing. Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us within 5 days if anything is damaged, missing or incorrect, and we will make it right.

Returns

Domestic orders can be returned within 10 days of delivery. We send a prepaid return label and deduct $8 from your refund.

International orders can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Choose store credit and we cover the return shipping; choose a refund to your card and you arrange and cover it yourself. Duties and import taxes are not refundable, and international sale items are final.
