Return Policy
We want you to love what you bought. If something isn't right, we're happy to help.
We offer a 10-day return policy from the date of delivery. To start a return, email us at hello@browntheshop.com with your order number and reason for return. Please wait for approval before sending anything back — items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange: sale items, jewelry, candles, beauty, fragrances and home goods.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 5 days if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Send a photo to hello@browntheshop.com and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Returns Process If your return is approved, we'll send you a prepaid return label. A $8 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Labels must be used within 7 days of issue — returns not shipped within this window will be voided. Items must be sent to: 108 West Lebanon Avenue, Elon, NC 27244.
Exchanges Exchanges are accepted within the same 10-day window on eligible items, subject to availability. Email us at hello@browntheshop.com with your order number to request an exchange. The same eligibility conditions apply — items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Gift Returns Gift returns will be issued as store credit.
